Teen Activity Week

Lagoon Watersports Teen Activity Week is the ultimate watersports experience for young people 13 to 16 years old who want more than just a taster session. With longer water time, structured coaching and real progression goals, this week is ideal for teens who want to build confidence, develop skills and try the latest watersports disciplines — all in a fun, supportive environment.

Alongside sailing and windsurfing, teens are introduced to winging and wingfoiling, one of the fastest-growing watersports worldwide. Sessions are carefully structured so participants progress at their own pace, with experienced instructors matching activities to conditions and ability levels.

All equipment is included, just turn up ready to get stuck in.

Real Progression, Real Rewards

Teen Activity Week is built around meaningful progression, not just games. Every participant receives:

Dinghy Logbook
Windsurf and Winging Logbook
Wake Bronze Card

Logbooks and cards are worked on throughout the week, with dedicated time at lunch to review progress and set goals.

By the end of the week, teens will be working towards:

  • Stage 1 Dinghy Sailing

  • Stage 1 Windsurfing

  • Bronze Wakeboard skills

  • Introductory winging / wingfoiling skills (conditions and ability dependent)

The week finishes with an all parents welcome BBQ and awards ceremony, where completed certificates and partially signed logbooks are awarded, celebrating effort, progression and achievement.

Daily Schedule (Example – Tuesday)

09:30 – 10:00: Briefing & get changed
10:00 – 11:15: Sailing
11:15 – 11:30: Break
11:30 – 12:45: Sailing
12:45 – 13:30: Lunch (bring a packed lunch or purchase from our café)
13:30 – 14:45: Windsurfing / Winging / Wingfoiling (conditions dependent)
14:45 – 15:00: Debrief, change and collection

Session Details

Duration: 09:30 drop-off – 15:00 collection
Age Range: Up to 16 years old
Requirements: Must be comfortable in the water and able to swim
