SUP Yoga is a fun and energising way to work out while connecting with the water. Practising yoga on a paddleboard adds an exciting challenge, with the board becoming your floating yoga mat as you move through poses on calm, sheltered water.

Combining the balance and tranquillity of paddleboarding with the strength, flexibility, and mindfulness of yoga, SUP Yoga offers incredible benefits for both body and mind. It’s a refreshing, feel-good experience that leaves you relaxed, focused, and smiling — all while enjoying time outdoors.

What’s Included

During the session you’ll be introduced to:

Simple yoga poses adapted for use on a stand-up paddleboard

Techniques to improve balance, core strength, and body awareness

Controlled movement and transitions on the board

Relaxation and breathing techniques in a calm, outdoor environment

Practising mindfulness while enjoying time on the water

Session Details

Duration: 45minutes, shared with up to 8 people.

Prerequisites: Must be comfortable in water and able to swim

Age Requirement: 14 years old and above (younger participants can book private lessons or kids courses)
