Pirate Sailing for Ages 6–8
Lagoon Watersports Pirate Sailing is the perfect way for children aged 6–8 to enjoy their very first adventure on the water. Specially designed for younger sailors, these sessions combine fun, imagination and confidence building with a gentle introduction to sailing in a safe, supportive environment.
Using games, short sailing sessions and playful challenges, children learn the basics of handling a boat while building water confidence and teamwork skills. Our experienced instructors create a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere that helps every child feel comfortable, supported and proud of what they achieve.
All equipment is provided so children simply need to arrive ready to have fun, make friends and enjoy being on the water.

What Participants Will Do
Children take part in short, engaging sailing sessions supported by fun games and challenges. They learn basic steering, balance and awareness of wind direction, all delivered in a way that keeps learning enjoyable and confidence high.
Session Details
Duration Monday to Friday with 1.5 hour sessions each day
Age Range 6–8 years old
Requirements Children must be comfortable around water. No previous sailing experience required.
