What’s happening on Selection Day

Selection Day is your chance to meet the team, find out more about the Fast Track

pathway, and show us a bit about who you are. We’ll start with introductions so you can

tell us about your watersports or outdoor experience and what’s motivating you to apply.

We’ll then head on the water for a paddleboard session so we can see how comfortable

you are and how you work with others. Alongside your on-water ability, we’re also looking

at communication, attitude, and enthusiasm.

Everyone will have a short 5-minute one-to-one chat, giving you time to ask questions

and talk about your goals. Once the day is complete, we’ll review all applicants and let

you know the outcome by email.
