Learn to skipper a short passage with the instructor on hand to give tuition, advice and ensure your personal safety. The RYA Day Skipper qualification confirms that the successful candidate has the knowledge needed to skipper a yacht on shorter coastal cruises during daylight.

At the end of this course you will be licensed to skipper your own boat and charter a boat both in the UK or abroad. Before taking the Day Skipper practical course you should make sure you have completed RYA Day Skipper Theory and RYA Competent Crew courses or have equivalent experience.
